MOST DISGUSTING MOMENT:
When Dais, despite instructions to the contrary, grabbed a Cicada for a snack! Kimmie heard "Crunch! Crunch!" from behind, then turned to see Dais gulp down something . . . and found a Cicada wing stuck to her chin!
OUR DIRTIEST MOMENT:
When Kimmie let us share a sprinkler with neighbor Natty Bo, a Border Collie who had made a huge, muddy mess of his yard!
When she PROUDLY captured a bird in her mouth on one of our walks and had to be told to let it go . . . When she dove, with a running start, off a stone wall and into an ornamental lake in pursuit of two ducks . . . When she tried to climb a bush to get at a bird's nest and FELL off the second branch . . . When she jumped onto the treadmill belt while Kimmie was jogging on it . . . When she first beat Coda at terrier races . . . When she caught her first camel cricket in the basement . . . When she plowed through a huge ravine of leaves on a hike in the fall . . . When she first protected Kimmie by correcting an aggressive growl from Molly . . . When she barreled down a steep creek slope, then up the other side on a hike, as if to show the rest of us how it's to be done . . . When she tried to jump up into Kimmie's car trunk, thinking we have a hatchback . . . When she took Timmy and rolled him over and over and over during a play session . . .
