FALL FROLIC 2004 - Westie Rescue sets up their tent at a dog park in Arlington, VA, for a full day of frolicking Westie fun!

TERRIER RACES -- Rescue events typically have informal terrier races, where pairs of Westies (and other terriers) race in heats while chasing a squirrel bait.  Winners receive a blue ribbon; second-place finishers receive a red one.  Our ribbon count for 2004 was Dais: 3 blue, 2 red; Coda: 2 blue, 2 red.

Scottish Christmas Parade -- Over 80 Westies walked with Westie Rescue in the parade in Alexandria, Virginia. Additional Westies, other breeds, and many spectators lined the streets to watch the Westies escort Santa's firetruck.
